Standard: $2,875 deposit + $2,875 final invoice after harvest = $5,500 paid to the farm for the package listed above. Customers will receive an invoice directly from the butcher to pay for their processing fee (approximately $950 for a whole bison).
Premium: $3,125 deposit + $3,125 final invoice after harvest = $6,250 paid to the farm for the package listed above + a private 8-hour farm tour. Customers will receive an invoice directly from the butcher to pay for their processing fee (approximately $950 for a whole bison).
How does ordering a quarter work?
Place your non-refundable deposit (Standard or Premium option).
Harvest Notification: We will email you with your expected harvest date (typically between late October to mid-December).
Invoicing: After harvest, you will receive a harvest letter, the final farm invoice, and separate invoice from the butcher.

Free Farm/Processor Pick-Up
Free Local Delivery: Delivered free within 50 miles of our farm (includes Sioux Falls, Yankton, and Mitchell).
Note: We do not offer shipping. If you live outside the 50-mile radius, choose the Premium option and pick up during your farm tour!
