A letter sharing the details about your bison’s harvest day

Standard: $750 deposit + $750 final invoice after harvest = $1,500 paid to the farm for the package listed above. Customers will receive an invoice directly from the butcher to pay for their processing fee (approximately $250 for a quarter bison).
Premium: $900 deposit + $900 final invoice after harvest = $1,800 paid to the farm for the package listed above + a private 4-hour farm tour. Customers will receive an invoice directly from the butcher to pay for their processing fee (approximately $250 for a quarter bison).

Harvest Notification: We will email you with your expected harvest date (typically between late October to mid-December).
Invoicing: After harvest, you will receive a harvest letter, a final farm invoice, and separate invoice from the butcher.

Free Local Delivery: Delivered free within 50 miles of our farm (includes Sioux Falls, Yankton, and Mitchell).
